Umo App^TM is a reliable companion that allows transit riders to use contactless payments to ride, find their next bus or train, and get real-time arrival information wherever they travel.

Riders have the freedom to get from where they are to where they want to be with the simplicity to explore, pay, and go for their entire trip in the Umo App.

Umo App^TM was designed with accessibility in mind. Screen readers have full visibility of the App for VoiceOver or TalkBack, and the app is available in 40 languages.

Explore

Riders use Umo App to plan their end-to-end journey, find nearby transit stops and stations, and benefit from integrated wayfinding and alerts that help make sure they’re at the right stop.

Pay

Riders can buy transit passes, load a cash balance to their account, or unlock reduced or promotional fares in the app or online prior to boarding. Funds are immediately available and fare capping policies can be implemented to encourage ridership.

Go

Riders simply tap or show the code for the pass or cash balance in their “wallets,” using their preferred payment method: contactless payments via their phones or future EMV-enabled credit and debit cards, an agency issued Umo smart card, or unique QR-code.
