Partnership strengthens Cubic’s NextCity vision to create smart intersections
SAN DIEGO – April 7, 2020 – Cubic Corporation (NYSE:CUB) today announced GRIDSMART, which operates within its Cubic Transportation Systems (CTS) business division has signed a partnership agreement with Intelligent Traffic Supply Products, LLC to be the exclusive distributor for the state of New Jersey. Intelligent Traffic Supply Products, LLC is a leading fabricator and distributor of traffic signal equipment, traffic control systems and Intelligent Transportations Systems. Intelligent Traffic Supply Products will work with traffic managers to deploy the GRIDSMART system to improve traffic efficiency and safety.

The GRIDSMART System allows traffic managers to use a single camera system to actuate intersections and gather important data that is utilized to adjust signal timing and traffic flow strategies. GRIDSMART also allows customers to monitor real time dangers and visually assess inherent ongoing safety concerns.
