Cubic's V200 is a 3RU rackmount chassis supporting the wide range of PRO option cards including multiple routers and digital voice for gateway sites.
It is principally suited to hub based applications for PRO and BASICS networks, and being VOS based, the unit offers a full suite of network functionality such as routing, VoIP, BGP, RIP, OSPF, IPSEC, SSH, SNMP and QoS management.
RoIP Gateway: Connect push to talk radios into IP infrastructure, for onward connection to VoIP phones, telephone PBX systems, radio dispatch servers and push to talk smartphone applications.
Wave Compatible Gateway: BASICS Radio Relay is a recommended RoIP gateway for use with Motorola Solutions' WAVE media server.
SIP to Phone Connectivity: As SIP media servers like CISCO Call Manager or Asterisk rely on encoded audio, this device encodes audio using G.711, G.729 or G.723.1 for full SIP switch compatibility.
Encryption: Encrypted tunnelling is offered for secure communications from end to end.
FXO Voice Interface: Connect voice interfaces to PBX switch ports, for extension of analogue telephone lines from the central switch over bandwidth optimized IP to the remote site.
Secure Voice: Our unique Universal Modem Relay functionality allows support for a wide number of International and American secure phone standards such as STE.
Router: A satellite aware network router, featuring RIPv2, Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) V2, Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), PIM-DM, ToS/Diffserve together with SIP functionality, and Vocality's PACE for VoIP optimization. This device also features QoS, Generic traffic shaping, Committed access rate, Weighted Fair Queuing, 802.1q Class of Service and Bandwidth Pool Management.
Bandwidth Optimization: If delivering communications remotely over satellite or other bandwidth restricted wide area networks, voice bandwidth optimization is provided as standard as part of the PACE+ functionality.
Serial Data: Serial data is supported for optional sync WAN connectivity.
