Marshall becomes third Cubic executive to receive NACD Governance Fellow this year
SAN DIEGO – December 7, 2016 – Cubic Corporation (NYSE: CUB) today announced the recognition of Jan Marshall, vice president and chief information officer, as an NACD Governance Fellow by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). NACD Fellows, who earn NACD FellowshipTM – The Gold Standard Director CredentialTM, are considered among the highest level of those committed to excellence in the boardroom and are recognized by NACD, investors, regulators and the director community.
As the standard to credentialing directors and governance professionals, NACD Fellowship is a comprehensive and continuous program of study that empowers members with the latest insights, intelligence and leading boardroom practices. The program is also an ongoing endeavor that encourages confidence in leadership and fosters long-term value for individuals and organizations.
