SAN DIEGO, Calif. – September 26, 2012 – Cubic Corporation (NYSE:CUB) has named Keith Kellogg President of Abraxas. 

Abraxas, a subsidiary of Cubic, is a global provider of risk mitigation services.  Prior to this promotion Kellogg served as Senior Vice President for Ground Combat Programs for Cubic Defense.  In that role he developed global business with the Department of Defense and international customers.

 Prior to joining Cubic, Kellogg held several executive assignments with CACI and the Oracle Corporation. In the military he retired as a Lieutenant General and worked as Director C4 Systems at the Pentagon as principal advisor to the Joint Chiefs of Staff on military command and control. Previous assignments included Assistant Army Chief of Staff for Operations; Commanding General 82nd Airborne Division; and Chief of Army Combat Development, TRADOC, Fort Monroe, Virginia.
