SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Jan. 20, 2015 –Mission Support Services, a business segment of Cubic Corporation (NYSE: CUB), announced today that Keith Cooper has been named senior vice president of its Operations Support and Education Group (OSEG), reporting to Bill Toti, president of Mission Support Services. Cooper will be responsible for all programs within the OSEG business area, including business development and driving partnerships with key customers.
Cooper joins Cubic from Raytheon, where he served as a business development executive and director of Logistics and Training for the Mission Support Operations product line, serving customers in all branches of the U.S. military, Department of Energy, Defense Threat Reduction Agency and Transportation Security Administration.
“Keith is a proven leader and knows what it takes to grow a business and deliver on what our customers need,” Toti said. “His distinguished Army career and industry experience supporting Army and Air Force programs uniquely positions him to lead Cubic’s Mission Support Services OSEG business development efforts, and I am confident he will be a great addition to Cubic.”
Prior to joining Raytheon, Cooper served in the U.S. Army for 26 years, retiring as a colonel. Cooper held a variety of positions including brigade command of Task Force Sinai in Egypt, and chief of staff of the 1st Infantry Division.
Cooper earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point; a Master of Science in Mathematics from the Colorado School of Mines; a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix; and a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the National Defense University.
Mission Support Services provides specialized services and solutions for the U.S. Department of Defense, Joint community, all U.S. military services, Department of Homeland Security, selected allied nations, and other government and non-government customers.
