Cubic Global Defense and Cubic Mission Solutions to demonstrate multi-domain C4ISR along with training and readiness solutions
SAN DIEGO – Sept. 13, 2017 – Cubic Corporation (NYSE: CUB) today announced that its Cubic Global Defense (CGD) and Cubic Mission Solutions (CMS) business divisions will demonstrate robust air combat and virtual training systems in addition to end-to-end Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) solutions at the Air, Space & Cyber Conference in National Harbor, Maryland from September 18–20. Hosted by the Air Force Association (AFA), Air, Space & Cyber is the premier event for defense and aerospace professionals from across the globe, bringing together Air Force and industry leaders for keynote presentations, networking and demonstrations of the latest technologies.
“As the market leader in air combat training systems for the United States and our allied nations, Cubic provides critical technologies designed to raise human awareness and enhance mission readiness in the multi-domain battlespace,” said Dave Buss, president of Cubic Global Defense.
“We look forward to the opportunity to showcase how our end-to-end C4ISR capabilities can seamlessly integrate and enable operational success for our customers’ next missions,” said Mike Twyman, president of Cubic Mission Solutions.
Cubic will showcase the following capabilities at booth #1001 on the exhibit hall floor at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center:
- Evolving Air Combat Training: Cubic is the world’s leading provider of Air Combat Maneuvering Instrumentation (ACMI) systems. Our ACMI training systems provide the precise accuracy for live monitoring and recording of critical parameters in flight to enable aircrew to measure, assess and improve individual and collective performance in the air domain. In addition, Cubic will demonstrate the Bandit Board and F-35 P5 Internal Subsystem which bridge the gap between today’s training and next-generation live, virtual and constructive (LVC) training.
- Virtual Training Systems: Cubic’s Predator/Reaper Integrated Mission Environment (PRIME) desktop training system emulates an MQ-9 Reaper Ground Control Station (GCS) for both Pilot and Sensor Operator in a low-cost networked PC hardware configuration. The Social Media Analytic Replication Toolkit (SMART) provides the tools to create LVC social media training for use by information operations and intelligence analysts. Lastly, Cubic’s Synthetic ISR (SYN-ISR) provides customizable virtual environments with a variety of manned and unmanned sensor feeds.
- Multi-Domain C4ISR: Cubic’s C4ISR integrated demonstration will highlight modular communication packages ideal for adaptive basing, including: Cross Domain (XD) solutions providing reliable networking and converged intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) support; cloud-based Unified Video, a full motion video (FMV) decision support software that allows real-time, integration, routing and dissemination of mission relevant ISR video and data from the enterprise to the edge; and inflatable satellite communications (SATCOM) antenna solutions. Cubic’s solutions can be deployed together or as single specialized components to complete or expand existing capabilities.
