Cubic’s hiring and retention practices for the military community is recognized for seventh consecutive year
SAN DIEGO – Sept. 9, 2019 – Cubic Corporation (NYSE:CUB) today announced its designation as a Gold Military Friendly Employer® by VIQTORY, a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business that connects the military community to civilian employment, educational and entrepreneurial opportunities through its G.I. Jobs® and Military Friendly® platforms. Cubic was recognized among the top military friendly employers within the “over $1 billion” revenue category. To receive the Gold distinction, Cubic scored within 10 percent of the tenth best employer in its category.

The Military Friendly Employers list provides a comprehensive guide for veterans and their families using data sources through continuously improved methodology, criteria and weightings developed with help of an independent research firm.
Employers recognized with Military Friendly designations are evaluated using three sources of data: public company data, opinion data from military employees as well as proprietary survey data. The Military Friendly survey investigates organizations whose commitment to serving the military and veteran community delivers impactful outcomes. The survey consists of more than 100 questions and covers key areas determined to be important factors to support military talent.
