SAN DIEGO, Calif. – September 12, 2013 – Cubic Corporation (NYSE: CUB) announced the appointment of Darryl Albertson, Ph.D., as vice president of Human Resources, effective Sept.9.  Based in San Diego, Albertson will be responsible for global human resources including compensation and benefits, organization development and training, employee and labor relations and talent acquisition.

Albertson brings to Cubic more than 25 years in human resources and has been vice president of Global Learning, vice president of International Human Resources and vice president of Talent Management at CareFusion.  In addition, he also served as vice president of Talent Management for Cardinal Health and senior director of Human Resources for Pfizer.

Albertson earned his Ph.D. in Communications from the University of Southern California and also holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Communications from San Diego State University.
