SAN DIEGO, Calif. – May 8, 2014 – Cubic Corporation (NYSE: CUB) plans to hold a conference call on Monday, May 12, 2014 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time (1:30 p.m. Pacific Time) to discuss its restated financial results for the fiscal years ended 2012 and 2013 and each of the prior quarters of 2013 and 2012, and the financial results for the first and second quarters of fiscal year 2014.
