SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Oct. 23, 2014 – Cubic Applications, Inc., an operating company of the Mission Support Services business segment of Cubic Corporation (NYSE: CUB), today announced it had been awarded four firm fixed price task order contracts under the U.S. Army Combined Arms Center (USACAC) indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (ID/IQ), multiple award task order contract vehicle over the last several months. The task orders have an estimated value of $9.63 million with all options exercised.
The task orders leverage Cubic’s expertise and leadership in education and training support services. Cubic will assist the U.S Army by focusing on educational technology and training management support specifically for the Command and General Staff College, Mission Command Center of Excellence and Fires Center of Excellence (Field Artillery and Air Defense Artillery).
The contract awards further strengthens Cubic's role as a key global provider of training, education and leader development services for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). The ID/IQ multiple award task order contract acquires services in support of the USACAC mission to develop and produce training strategies, doctrine, concepts, instruction and products for the current and future force. The contract also satisfies the needs of the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC).
The task orders each include one twelve-month base year and two one-year options. Cubic’s Operations Support and Education Group (OSEG), based in Hampton, Va., will lead Cubic in execution of this contract.

Cubic program manager, Don Craig will continue to lead the Cubic USACAC team. Craig has more than 10 years of educational technology, training, leadership development, and program management experience and also served as a career officer with the U.S .Army.
All work will be performed in Fort Leavenworth, Kan. and Fort Sill, Okla. with an estimated completion date by September 2017.
