Expeditionary Communications
The world’s most portable and secure satellite antennas deliver up to a 50% reduction in pack-out weight and volume compared to a deployable rigid antennas of similar size. The GATR family of Inflatable Satellite Antennas (1.2m, 2.4m & 4m) are ideal for first-in deployments, remote applications, and contingency scenarios where transportation and space are limited. The Cubic FLEX terminal, with included power supply, GATR 950 modem, and FlexMove service by Intelsat General, is small enough to fit into a single airline carry-on case, with a rapid tool-less setup possible in under five minutes. FLEX is perfect for operators that need to rapidly establish satellite communications at the tactical edge.
Hub-as-a-Service (HubaaS)
The easy to install HubaaS provides direct connectivity in support of dispersed theater and regional missions and is available for lease in several configurations. This solutions offers flexible bandwidth configurations to support a variety of remote VSAT locations with apertures ranging from 60cm to 2.4m or greater. The primary TDMA hub is delivered fully integrated with iDirect hub equipment and software, a UPS, and signal and power entry panel.
Multi-Band, Multi-Orbit, Multi-Beam SATCOM
Halo is Cubic's modular, low-SWaP, phased array antenna that provides robust wideband communications for the DoD’s Hybrid-SATCOM networks. The Halo antenna connects simultaneously to PLEO, MEO and GEO in both Ku and Ka bands. Halo's proven technology will be ready for integration into a variety of air, ground and surface platforms in FY25.

This next-generation radio/IP interoperability solution features a versatile “any language to any language” real-time translation capability that lets warfighters and coalition partners instantly communicate with each other, regardless of language, addressing a critical challenge to multilingual missions. Instant Connect’s interoperable Push-to-Talk (PTT) platform, a proven IP-based push-to-talk solution powered by Rally Tactical Systems’ Engage Engine, is integrated with Cubic’s RoIP radio gateways, including the DTECH M3X, M3-SE and Vocality product lines.
