With Cubic added to your curriculum vitae, you will build career foundations within a globally recognized company which produces state-of-the-art technology such as London’s contactless payments and Oyster ticketing systems which are used daily by millions of people all over the world.

Earning & Learning
As an apprentice, you will spend approximately 80% of your time learning on the job, giving you a chance to work on real life projects, impacting millions of lives every day. The remaining 20% of your time will be spent studying for a formal qualification via one of our accredited learning providers which may require you to attend a local college to study for a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification.*
Your assigned mentor, line manager and college tutors will be there to provide you with all the support required for you to successfully complete your apprenticeship. We offer a variety of schemes, for example we have previously hired apprentices in the following areas:
- Engineering
- Project Management
- Planning
- Human Resources
*Qualifications and study requirements depend on the apprenticeship type, level, and enrollment requirements.
If shortlisted, a recruiter will reach out to you to discuss your application in more detail (via telephone or email). At this stage, the recruiter will share additional information with you about the role and if both yours and the businesses requirements are met, your application will be submitted to the hiring manager for review.
Once your application has been reviewed, the recruiter will advise if you have been selected to attend an interview. If unsuccessful, the recruiter will provide constructive feedback why your application has not progressed through the selection process.

Generally, apprenticeships provide the opportunity to achieve a level 2 (e.g. a GCSE or equivalent). or level 3 qualification (e.g. an A-Level or equivalent).
