Employee Resource Groups
Cubic's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are grass-roots groups formed by employees across demographics, including but not limited to race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, education, geography, military status, and occupation. Our ERGs help to foster an inclusive environment in which all employees are fully engaged, working together effectively to help employees maximize their own potential and meet our business objectives.
