The COVID-19 pandemic is evolving daily, introducing new dynamics for our teams as we work to support and deliver on our commitments to you. To safeguard the health of employees and customers, we are enabling telework and increasing physical distance at all Cubic sites worldwide. Employees on customer sites have been advised to comply with customer direction regarding remote and mission critical work. This transition aligns with local site business continuity plans and is designed to have minimal impact on the support we provide.
Cubic is actively ensuring business continuity in the following ways:
- Established a COVID-19 working group that meets daily and is working with our core leadership team on site operations and defining essential personnel required to meet customer commitments.
- Committed to continued support of our customers in their offices and onsite as requested by the customer.
- Authorized telework at all Cubic sites worldwide, where appropriate, and have provided information technology resources and remote access to support increased telework.
- Ensured manufacturing, customer service centers and field services will remain operational to meet our customer commitments. Cubic offices utilizing remote work will help minimize the risk of exposure for those essential employees remaining onsite.
- Actively monitored supply chain continuity risks across the company with a result of minimal disruptions.
- Increased cleaning and sanitation services at all Cubic offices and provided all employees access to sanitizers and educational resources on safe health practices.
- Restricted all travel to business essential and as required by our customers.
We will continue to monitor this evolving situation closely and follow guidance from the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), federal, state and local agencies, as well as the Foreign Ministries and international health organizations in countries where we operate.
