Universal Laser-less Training Architecture
ULTRA represents a revolutionary approach that solves technical and training limitations of the U.S. Army’s I-MILES family of trainers by providing the ability to replicate the ballistic trajectory of munitions with realistic simulation of a munition’s effect upon impact. It solves the limitations of laser-based solutions to shoot through obscurant and concealment with Soldiers being made aware of the effects of incoming rounds or other events that would be evident to the Soldier in live combat.
Live Training Direct Fire System
STE LTS provides enhanced simulation realism with the smallest form factor in Manworn, a TRL 9 Personal Area Network (PAN), and Enhanced Player Interface Module (EPIM) that provides for LT2 compliance, backwards compatibility, multi-band capable, and decentralized adjudication. Cubic’s solution is inherently and wholly interoperable. We use Common Training Instrumentation Architecture (CTIA)/LTEC’s) mature, open Services-Oriented Architecture (SOA) that is designed for live training exercises.
