Cubic to Provide
Training and Education Support On Team Assisting U.S.
Army Human Resources Programs
LEAVENWORTH, Kansas — March 3, 2010 – Cubic Applications,
Inc., a mission support services subsidiary of Cubic
Corporation (NYSE: CUB), will provide military training
and education support to U.S. Army’s human resources
programs as a member of ICF International’s team for
the Human Resources Solutions Studies and Analysis Support
(HRSS II) contract. ICF is one of 12 companies to win
the five-year HRSS II contract, which has a maximum value
of $1.27 billion.
HRSS
II is the primary support services contract used by
the Army’s HR solutions Program Office
to provide certain personnel services to defense personnel
communities. The contract vehicle allows commanders and
program managers to obtain staff quickly, without losing
focus on their primary missions. Areas of support include
policy and program analysis, training and development,
risk management and mitigation, analytics, data modeling
and management, and predictive modeling.
Under
the contract, Cubic Applications, Inc. will be responsible
for the
areas of education, experimentation and training,
modeling and simulation to support Human Resources
Solutions Studies
and Analysis. Training and Education Division in
Leavenworth, Kansas, takes the lead for Cubic Applications,
Inc. in
this new program.
